How Our Products Are Made

All Auralis Design products are print-on-demand items, meaning each piece is made to order specifically for you. Our products are fulfilled through Printify and their network of print partners.

Shipping Times

Because every item is made fresh after you order, please allow time for both production and shipping:

Production time: Typically 2–7 business days depending on the product and print partner.
Shipping time: Varies by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made to order, we follow Printify's return and refund policy. Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was received
There was a printing error

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
