Refund policy

Lucid Creations by Auralis Digital accepts eligible returns for standard non-custom products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized, custom-made, final-sale, digital, and downloadable items are not returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items damaged through customer misuse are not eligible. Contact auralisdigitaleco@gmail.com before returning an item. Do not send items back without approval. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include your order number and photos when possible. Approved cases may receive a replacement or refund after review. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
